Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 oz (40 ml) Licor 43 Original
  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) espresso (Colombia light roast; 1:2 ratio, 30–35 sec)
  • 2/3 oz (20 ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 oz (10 ml) overproof Jamaican rum

Preparation

  1. All in.
  2. Wet shake.
  3. Strain onto fresh ice.
  4. Serve: Rocks / lowball glass.
  5. Garnish: Lemon zest spray, dried orange slices and/or lemon twist.
