Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) light white rum
  • 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) vodka
  • 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
  • 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) half-and-half cream
  • 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) cream of coconut
  • 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) De Kuyper blue curaçao

Preparation

  1. All but blue curaçao in.
  2. Wet shake.
  3. Float curaçao on top.
  4. Serve: Highball glass or hurricane glass, over ice.
  5. Garnish: Pineapple wedge or cherry (optional).
