Swimming Pool
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) light white rum
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) vodka
- 2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) half-and-half cream
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) cream of coconut
- 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) De Kuyper blue curaçao
Preparation
- All but blue curaçao in.
- Wet shake.
- Float curaçao on top.
- Serve: Highball glass or hurricane glass, over ice.
- Garnish: Pineapple wedge or cherry (optional).
