Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bumbu rum (or very plain whisky)
  • 1 oz. (30 ml) Licor 43
  • 1/4 ounce (8 ml) Amaretto
  • 1 ounce (30 ml) cream
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. All in.
  2. Strong dry shake!
  3. Wet shake.
  4. Serve: In a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish: Freshly grated nutmeg or colored sugar on top.
