A Licor 43 spritz with sparkling wine, soda, and lemon. Yet to try.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) Licor 43 Original
  • 4 oz (120 ml) sparkling wine (~3/4 of the glass)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) sparkling water (~1/4 of the glass)
  • 1/6 oz (5 ml) lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon slice (garnish)

Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add sparkling water and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in sparkling wine, then Licor 43.
  4. Stir gently so you don’t kill the bubbles.
  5. Serve: Large wine glass.
  6. Garnish: Mint leaves and a lemon slice.
