A margarita with Licor 43 in place of the usual orange liqueur. Yet to try.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/6 oz (35 ml) Licor 43 Original
  • 1 1/3 oz (40 ml) tequila
  • Juice from half a lime
  • Dash of orange bitters (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. All in (Licor 43, tequila, lime juice, orange bitters, ice).
  2. Wet shake.
  3. Fine-strain into the glass.
  4. Serve: Chilled cocktail / coupe glass (or rocks).
  5. Garnish: Lime slice and a sprig of fresh mint.
