Pink Lady
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) gin
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) applejack
- 3/4 oz (20 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) grenadine
- 1 egg white (optional)
Preparation
- All in.
- Dry shake (if using egg white).
- Wet shake.
- Serve: In a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish: Lemon twist (optional).
