Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) london dry gin (Hayman’s)
  • 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) limoncello liqueur
  • 1 1/4 oz (37.5 ml) pink grapefruit juice

Preparation

  1. All in.
  2. Wet shake.
  3. Serve: Chilled cocktail glass. Express lemon zest twist.
  4. Garnish: Lime wheel (optional).
