Horses Neck
Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon (or rye whiskey, or brandy)
- 2-3 dashes Jerry Thomas bitters
- Ginger ale or ginger beer as preferred (200 ml?)
Preparation
- Ginger ale or beer into a glass first.
- Whisky next.
- Serve: In highball class.
- Garnish: Long strip of lemon peel.
