Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon (or rye whiskey, or brandy)
  • 2-3 dashes Jerry Thomas bitters
  • Ginger ale or ginger beer as preferred (200 ml?)

Preparation

  1. Ginger ale or beer into a glass first.
  2. Whisky next.
  3. Serve: In highball class.
  4. Garnish: Long strip of lemon peel.
