Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon
  • 3/4 oz (20 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz (20 ml) honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)

Preparation

  1. All in.
  2. Wet shake.
  3. Serve: Rocks glass, over ice.
  4. Garnish: Lemon twist (optional).
