Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) dark rum (preferably Gosling’s Black Seal)
  • 1/4 oz (8 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz (120 ml) ginger beer

Preparation

  1. All in.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. Serve: In a highball glass, over ice.
  4. Garnish: Lime wedge.
