Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 ml) london dry gin
  • 1 oz (30 ml) light white rum
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) blue curaçao
  • 3 oz (90 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1 3/4 oz (52.5 ml) lime juice
  • 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) rich sugar syrup (2:1, 65.0°Brix)

Note: This cocktail comes in many shapes and forms. Some will recommend ginger beer others sprite with the blue curaçao and booze. Booze is often vodka instead of gin.

Preparation

  1. All in.
  2. Wet shake.
  3. Serve: Hurricane glass, over ice.
  4. Garnish: Pineapple wedge.
