Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) amaretto
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) applejack (or bourbon)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz egg white
  • 1/4 oz (8 ml) simple syrup

Preparation

  1. All in.
  2. Dry shake. (If using eggs)
  3. Wet shake.
  4. Serve: Rocks glass over ice.
  5. Garnish: Lemon slice or maraschino cherry. (Optional)
